love hate relationship with ex scorpio

Hello everyone my name is mallory and I'm a leo.Im having a situation with my ex scorpio!!We first started seeing each other in 2000 and went our seperate way in 2003.From that time we still were sleeping with each other after we broke up and continued to up untill now.But what confuses me is that were not together but we still sleep with each other.And its been several times when I told my ex how much I wanted to still be with him and how much I love him and nothing happened.But now im questioning myself like what am I doing wrong.Since our breakup he's been bouncing back and forth in my life.And the funny thing is he knows that even though we have casual sex I still love him.It feels like he's torturing me for something.This is one scorpio I can't understand.Like he hardly calls me so most of the time it's me who's getting in contact with him.Personally I think he doesn't want me to forget about him.He's supposed to be graduating from college in may so he claims that he's been calling me for the past 3 weeks I guess he wants me to come..he told me he was comin to newyork to visit and that right now he's on orlando florida.So im thinking when he comes back am I gonna see him and if so can I hold out on no sex with him.I'm a leo and normally we can deal with situations like this but this scorpio got me under a choke hold.
