IMO they are a good match.

They are both: Subjective, Emotional, Romantic, Possesive, Passionate, Stubborn and at least a little bit Jelous.

Also, Scorps tend to like people who display a bit of power and control.....Leos try very hard to project this image. Scorps might go ahead and help them out in this department. I could see them being really supportive of each other. However both are ALWAYS right (rolls eyes) so I don't know how well that would go over.
