DepressedAngel, we are not forced toward anything.
You tell me, can't you just build a little house in some forest and live all your life selling wood, eating and sleeping?
But the reason why we don't do that, is our ambition which seperate us from animals.
Ambitions is that ache you get in your mind everytime you get lazy, telling you to get up and improve yourself.

I know 2 girls whose goal is to have sex with the biggest number of men, and i really feel sorry for these types. but again i think, if that makes them happy then why trying to change that in them, ofcourse apart from the religious view, the theory "my end justifies my means" could be applied to them.

Having hard time getting through each day can be a major cause of stoping and thinking what they are doing and why?, how can they improve their lives..if they can barely find food to eat, they think of a way to get out of it..if they are too busy they review their life and try to reevaluate what they want from life and what it is all about. in contrary, being empty inside can be a cause too.

If you seek something, it's becuase you wanna use it..otherwise there is no point in seeking it.

True, there are people in Africa for example who can't think cuz they have nothing to eat, and their first priority is to eat and drink.
But when we have all our needs (oxygen, water, food) we will start thinking, which is the curse we got.

For me the purpose of your life is to become content, when you are content you are happy..and i don't mean that being content means stop seeking and improving, but when you reach this level, you will enjoy the process more than the results itself.

For God.

To become perfect souls and merge with God in His abode to enrich Him with ourselves! (produce your own defintions of God if you choose)

The purpose of life is to become spiritually perfected.

We can begin by developing our intellect and progressing into ethical self transformation.

In my opinion, spiritual perfections has three main aspects- Love, Wisdom, and Power.

Do on to others, Help people, and master the spiritual heart(power) control of emotions.

When accomplished one is no longer able to enter into emotional states other than variations of cordial love. CHANGE/TRANSFORM ....This isnt the change that Obama groupies chant OR MAYBE IT IS— This is
radical change of ones relationships with the earth, with people and eventually with
your own health. All of them improving. Its ridding self of arrogance, selfishness,
