My scorpio ex

we broke up almost a year ago but really were in "no contact" phase for about a month or two. It went from a text every couple days to a week to us hanging out on his birthday, Halloween, New Years Eve, my birthday, etc. I would say we see each other almost once every week since we live about 45 miles apart. We are very comfortable with each other, he would even drive over to my city to study/work at Starbucks with me sometimes. Other times we meet up for dinner in a city that's half way between us. Yes we do have sex but not every time we see each other. I don't feel like he's using me for it because he was very patient this one time I was extremely stressed out about a test. Usually when I am very stressed out I pretty much have no patience for anything and is unhappy and moody but he was very patient and worked with my schedule. He just worked while I studied for hours. He has a client near me so almost every other Friday he would try to stop by the client and have dinner with me after work. He even told me he usually tries to come to the client's company on Friday as an excuse to hang out with me. He has been coming to my city and has asked me many times to visit him too. What do you think this means? He has been living with his parents but he told me he will be moving out to his own place in 3 months, should I wait and see if things will progress further after he has his own place?
