I'm not sure about the background of this story, so it's hard to tell whether or not to give it time or not
There is another post on the scorpio board that explains everything.
Just tell him if you could meet up for coffee sometime or "Hey listen I'm sorry for being so crazy and all up in my emotions, but I really miss talking and hanging out can we just start over?"

Hey, I can do that. That sounds perfect. I texted good morning, and if he responds I'll go from there. Thank you

Good luck!
Ha true,
Yes wait, give him time to message back but if he doesn’t then you have your answer, you need to give time so that you can work out if he’s interested. You messaged first last time.
But it sounds like you broke up with him?
Do not under any circumstance apologise. It’s ok to say you were emotional but you should not apologise for that.
I would leave it a day and then tomorrow afternoon ask him what he’s up to.
I didn't apologize for my emotions, just the way I ended it. I texted him and wondering if he wanted to be friends and start over. He said we can be friends. I said I'd like that, but I'm not going to message anymore and wait to see his next move.

Last night I broke down and texted my scorpio. I told him I missed him and was sorry for the way I ended things. An hour later he messaged me back. We talked for about 40 minutes, but generic. He responded last the last text. When we were dating he was always the one who said good morning first, granted they weren't always the same time, but nonetheless s, and always initiated the dates and calls. I want to break down and text him this am, but I have a feeling I should wait. How long should I wait for, or if he does text first what do I say? Should I be casual and nonchalant? I've never been in this situation where the guy came back.
