Quickly, is there a general common experience of scorpio women and PMS? I know that the reproductive organs are one of the areas where scorps have issues.
Are there any women out there who consider themselves more or less evolved as a scorpio? Is this more of a maturing or growing up acceptance of oneself.

If there are any evolving, evolved women, do you think PMS is any better for you than before?

I have a theory that PMS amplifies what is really bothering one through the action of the hormones getting rid of a potential pregnancy. Something has been planted that can't grow, aborted potential becomes frustrating, something dies. I don't know this is based on stuff I've read and experienced.

All I know is that mine is getting more and more intense. I am not doing what I want with my life but my life is satisfactory otherwise. Food shelter love........my soul and spirit just seem stuck.

Yeah, I need an attitude adjustment. Positive thinking in, negative out. I just had a psycho negative PMS episode about two weeks early, hit me like a train, out of the blue.
I'm not depressed but I'm not happy. I've gotten off my yoga. 😢
I may be peri-menopausal too. I did have something like polycystic ovarian disease at one point, painful! Prolapsed uterous and many endometriosis symptoms. I have a young friend going through the endometriosis treatment with induced menopause. She is experiencing rages and stuff.

Okay, positive in, positive in.....breathe in, breathe out....

🙂 I consider myself lucky that the only issue I've had to deal with in this regard is PMS. And I also had a psychotic PMS freakout a couple weeks ago (doesn't happen very often!) I just cried uncontrollably for like 2 hours, it was horrible. I had just had it with everything, and was upset and in a rage for no really good reason. And then the next day I was fine.

I think you should get back into yoga! I always notice that the more active I am, the less symptoms I have (also, the more stressed I am to begin with, the worse the symptoms).
