🙂 She was the other half of me HC. My grandmother was a true lady, wise as serpent, gentle as dove. She was the bedrock of everything. Not only to her children but her grands and great grands. I miss them both terribly. I owe my love of family, my quiet strength to my Grams.

I'm sure ur grandmother passed on more than those qualities 🙂...some delicious recipes perhaps?

I believe that, I really do. We were inseparable from conception to death and even that will never break our bond. When it is my time I will not walk to her, I will run, quick as lightening.
Oh yes, I have some handwritten recipe books of my Grandmothers, her recipe boxes and other things. She was a goddess in the kitchen. 🙂
