Scorpio man disappears ....

I'm a taurus who has been with a scorpio man for almost 3 1/2 years ... Out of the year we spent 2 solid years living together which were amazing . We unexpectedly had a pregnancy which resulted in me having complications early contractions etc. My scorpio man was aware but wasn't to attentive not knowing that it wasn't normal for a woman in her first trimester . I end up terminating the preg which spiraled in downfall of us parting ways and him hating me supposedly ...our jobs were in same enviorment for period of time after that and I had got nothing but crude comments and treatment from surrounding people which made my healing process harder which caused anxiety and bad thoughts ... My scorpio for the next year and half which is this present time continued to go back and forth with each other sexing each other which seemed to be our only way of expressing and talking about the preg and our relationship. He gave me mostly the cold shoulder and was hot and cold with me majority of time wanting to be with me then not .. Day forward for past 4 months I didn't respond to him ... I had pains and went to the doctor and found out I had to overgrown cyst on my ovaries which resulted in me to have surgery or taking pills to have the cyst rupture the doctor asked was that the reason for my preg termination and I was confused he then explained to me that I was gonna lose the baby Anyway because of my cyst growing .. After I dealt with that i grew resentment to my ex . Finally he text me ask me if I was ok 4 months later in which I never replied . I finally met up with him this past weekend to talk and I told him everything about what doctor told me and what he put me through . I told him couldn't keep going back and forth and I told him goodbye and walked away ...
10 mins later he text me and said he couldn't let me go ... He came to my house and told me he's loved me since first day he laid eyes on me and that he just wanna move forward with me . He counted money in his pocket and then got down on one knee and said this is the first step then he asked me to marry him . I said yes . He was happy and joyful and gave me his word that he would never leave me again and he here to stay . He then wanted to get married as soon as possible like in 20 days ... I took him to work the next day didn't hear from him all day and then day after I text him and he was on way home to visit family and I said maybe u didn't mean what u said and u just said to get sex cos I haven't heard from u and he said he was just gonna call me before his plane left until I text that then I said I'm not gonna be led on idk what to think and he said smh I'm think and feel what I want too .. Haven't heard from him since .. I feel like he renigging and he doesn't wanna be with me he just don't want me to be with anyone else and he toying with my emotions scorpios help me if I'm wrong ?
