Scorpio or libra?
I was once engaged to man with that birth date. He said he was a scorpio, but he didn't know his birth time so it was a toss. I swear he was a Libra. I don't care for the Libra men I've been involved with. Now, the scorpios I've known/been involved with? It's all good. You gotta get the birth time to know for sure.
