I dated a Gemini guy for four years, we parted ways but we both love each other and both have agreed that no matter what
i met my scorpio february of this year. we dated and it was good--but we argued some and we were going separate places for the summer so he decided we should take a break and reevaluate in august when we were together again. he put a lot of the blame on me for the breakup because he felt that i had treated him poorly (by lashing out when angry which i did very rarely...and he also did it). he has very very high expectations for a relationship and i felt discouraged because i didn't really meet them.
we went the summer apart, talking every few days, and i missed him but i moved on to another person. i started talking to my ex more and broke things off with the other guy.
me and my ex got back together in august. it was better! we were happy, i was treating him better, and then it kind of got to where we were arguing. he sat me down and told me it had to be better, that this was beginning to make him very unhappy. i knew he was serious but i did not know how serious. he made me very angry a few weeks after that conversation and i lashed out and said something hurtful. the next day he tells me we need to break up. i cried, begged, pleaded (like a fool) because i didn't think it was right. i didn't think it was our time to break up. i told him i thought i was supposed to be with him and he told me he disagreed. we had talked about a future together just days before that, and he told me he didn't want that anymore.
i hope he was just acting rash and will change his mind, but he told me he thought we didn't need to be together for a long time
it has only been 3 days. but i am very devastated by this as i thought he was going to be the one i spent my life with.
