Well she didnt breakup with me right after. we were together for 7months before she cheated. We tried to make it work, but after a few months of trying she kept saying she wasn't feeling a good connection. Then she really started pulling away. We eventually broke up a couple of months after that. She has been really cold towards me even though I told her how much I cared for her and wanted her. Ok, maybe it is because of the lack of attention on their part, but that is not the reason for cheating. Those girls also told me that they were already meeting for a coffee with a guy, and if there is chemistry, they were sleeping with him while their bf was working. I am not bashing Scorpio girls now, even it may seem so, I am just telling my experience, and what I did noticed.

This just sux but I honestly think you dodged a bullet here. She clearly doesn't know what she wants and you can honestly say you tried and put forth the effort but it just didn't work. The latter suggest "all eyes on you and no one else" very much the center of someone's life. The former sounds comfortable, safe...Absolutely nothing wrong with comfortable and safe all depends on the Scorp you're with. In some cases, it just isn't enough.

As well, I'm not sure why violating one's trust (or not violating it in your case) means one will be loyal. People cheat for a number of reasons and it isn't always out of revenge (e.g. payback for violating her trust), which your post seems to be implying. Did you ask her why she cheated?

It sounds like she wanted out and rather than state so clearly and end things, she slowly began to withdraw hoping you would get the hint. The confession of cheating sounds more like she hoped you would pull the plug. You didn't, so she became an ice queen. Again, hoping you would end things.

start asking yourself, did you do something that made her cheat on you? is there somewhere between the line that she's not satisfied/happy being with you? the communication etc..reflect on that. Because its very logic if one person had done something wrong with or without his/her conscious of course the other would sense it and will do the same.
