Scorpio WOMEN: Trust issues in relationships! :)

Id like to know how long does it take you to trust someone to go on a relationship with them.
-Not that long, but I need crazy chemistry.
Is you intuition always alert about the possibility of a man playing you (at least at the back of your mind) or do you go with the flow, gather some mistakes when they happen and wait to see what happens?
-I just observe for 1-2 months and don't judge AT ALL. If the guy I'm dating/seeing somehow disrespects me after reaching a certain level of intimacy, then everything can suddenly go BOOM. Never looking back no matter how much it hurts.
How hard/easy it is for you to stay single? Do you think you are happier single than in a relationship?
-I don't like being single but I'm not sure if I'm monogamous.
How capable are you in controlling your desires, wishes, fantasies and FEELINGS? Do you often make your decisions with your HEART or with your MIND.
-I'm not good at it.
How sensitive are you when it comes to issues related to justice, human rights, animal rights etc..
-I'm pretty sensitive.
Are you easily bored? Do you have a short temperament?
-With people I want to know better I never get bored.
I find IS and blisss' response very interesting.....

My was *mostly* tongue in cheek.
I know, that's why I laughed. I read "how long does it take you to trust someone..." and then I glanced and saw your post before reading the rest of the OP (my eyes jump all over the place when I read sometimes).
With blisss, her post was my initial reaction (minus the concerns about the screenshots) when I finished reading the OP.
I may come back to post my answers. I'm not in a thoughtful mood at the moment though.

That 'alert' has been pretty much always on, every moment spent with any guy who is not related to me or so elderly as to be safe. Even the ones I'd actively flirt with, it was there. Never noticed it so strongly, was kinda ignored, until I sat down next to a Virgo/Scorpio/Libra (all I knew at the time was Virgo sun) about 5 months ago. Felt instantly comfortable and THAT was such an unsettling surprise it took a few days of recap processing to come to terms with it! Thought there had to be something up because it felt like there was nothing up. Self-sabotaging, I know, but ye olde subconscious aint' exactly controllable 'n all. I'm a Scorpio/Virgo/Pisces. We're still together. He is a turtle. But he's a sweet and adorable turtle. 🙂

Extremely easy. Did so for nearly a decade. Many reasons; mostly fear. Breakups hurt, and needed to feel ready to take a breakup without ME breaking. Happier? Heck, no. Yet ironically glad I waited.

Capable of controlling desires? Zilch. Capable of not acting on them? 100% . Capable of controlling or not acting on feelings? Zilch, both. Decisions are made with my heart when they need to be made NOW-NOW-NOW. They're made with my mind when I'm allowed enough time to think. (Patience is more than just a virtue when dealing with me. It saves bite retorts.)

Not too much. I mean I hate it when I truly think about it, and I'll fight it when given the right tools to do so. But I'm not usually equipped with the right tools to do so, so it'd be kinda like chasing some lethal beastie with a fly swatter. The practicality wins out on this one and for the most part, my resulting sanity is worthwhile.

Bored? Yes. My waking dreamscape is vast and complex. Short temperament? It depends on if I care about you. Typical scorp here. Typical response here. If I care about you, and ESPECIALLY if I care what you think of me, you can hurt me. If you're beneath me, you can't touch me. No one, however, is automatically above or beneath me. Totally fair here. If you're some stranger I've never met and you walk up all smug and rude and mad about some product the store I work at carries, or a policy I have no control over, and you're taking it out on me, oh look... I don't care. And you can't get me riled, and, yeah... my co-workers steer those jerks toward me because I typically don't blow up at them.

Zodiac partners! Id like to know how long does it take you to trust someone to go on a relationship with them.I can't answer this because it's varies from person to person. I've been more open to the possibility of trusting another almost instantly in one case and took months with another.

I'm not sure what that even means because it takes the position of victim hood, which isn't how I view relationships. I own my choices in all of my relationships, even the "stupid" choices. As far going with the flow, I will let the other person lead while I observe. I'll stick by your side as we go down the rabbit hole, but you need to show me what you're made of. Life is full of mistakes, so I don't care about genuine "mistakes". I care about your character.

I am going to assume you are referring to sexual desires, wishes, fantasies and feelings, so I am quite capable of controlling these things when I am not in a relationship. I am very disciplined. When I am in a relationship I don't see the need to control that part of myself. It's a part of the package, so he better buckle up because it's a crazy ride.

It depends on the issue, but yes I am pretty sensitive. Some more than others. However, I am very thoughtful and focused in my approach when attacking a cause and don't like wasted energy.

OMG yes! Especially with conversations/discussions/debates that go round and round and no longer serve a purpose.
