Scorpios?

Hi, Iam a leo and i like this scorpio guy but i cannt figure him out? When i see him his very affectionate towards me but he wont call me or take it any further, He once told em he still has questions about me in his head?Dose anyone have some advice? Thanks

Forget Him! If he is unsure, he is most likley attached.
That's the thing about Scorpio's. They are either % 100 into something
or nothing. When two people meet, if the Girl isn't instantly wet, and
if the guy does'nt doesn't get an instant hard on. Move on!
