But seriously, from all the action that my fellow Scorpio's give the Leo board, I'd definitely say that we don't hate ya'll. Just a lot of passion with these two signs, sometimes it's hard to contain or direct in a positive manner.
Dont be so dramatic with the usage of HATE. It's more so just... done with the crap! Leo's are cool initially, as a Scorpio, but i find them so dramatic that I can only accept formal relations with a Leo.
I have an ex-fiance that was a Leo. I never hated him, just didn't have what I was really looking for. So no, I don't think all Scorpios hate Leos.

Hate is a strong word, but the way you've described yourself...we wouldn't be friends.

i have a new female manager at my night job who is a leo. I guessed her sign right away. I told her im married to a scorp. She said that is the one sign she was obsessed with since the only guy she ever loved was a scorp but he dumped her. She seemed manic and couldnt stop talking about herself. Some things she said were a bit idiotic and unprofessional. A scorpio likes to see a bit more self restraint im guessing
No. More like we don't the: "Me, me, me, I, I, I" of a Leo woman and all her domineering. This CAN work, but it takes a LOT of work. Mainly two big things these two need to keep in mind:
1) Finances: i.e. have two separate bank accounts. And
2) Communication: i.e. Leo woman needs to take Scorpio guy's feeling into account when she's speaking things(not usually possible for a Leo woman) and He needs to open up to the Leo woman more and not take things so personally(not usually possible for a Scorpio guy).
