Scorp's and libra's

Scorp's.. what are your experiences with libra's ? ( love and friendship like )

It's possible. Libra needs to be careful not to stick around just for scorp's sake. Libra's can be people pleasers and scorp can suck the life out of them which can make libra imbalanced and unhappy. scorp needs to give libra the freedom to change their mind 1,000,000 times and be ok with it.

I see a lot of libra female and scorpio male..not the other way around..I can see why scorpio men would like the libra female because she epitomises femininity..but for the long term i don't know because they just come across as superficial..but scorpio men like the social element of libra..perhaps because they need a jovial partner..to lift their dark moods at times..

October scorpios come across very libraesque (and these are the ones I have seen last)...so probably why you lasted that long..however Nov Scorps and libras don't fair well..

LOL..So true..Theres one scorpio guy at work and he FOREVER has this one expression on his face..my god..I actually hadn't heard him laugh for 2 years..he smiles but that's it..once he let out a laugh and it was soooooooo friggin shocking hearing this that I had to actually announce it to the dept that Al Pacino actually laughed!..(everyone calls him Al Pacino)

Irishlibra. from reading your description of libra I have this uncanny feeling I have some libra in me.
I have times of extreme happiness and optimism, and people around me think I'm crazy, and just faking it. But I'm not. I am a very happy and light-hearted scorp.
when I am dark and broody I hide it very well. No one knows when I am like that.

my ex libra was the first to laugh in public but a bore at the house. i was reserved in public but swinging from the rafters at home. *sigh* damn virgo rising....so seroius. 🙂

having been with 4 scorps myself, I find the sign mystifying and wonderfully attractive. There can be a deep enduring connection between these two signs.

But there can be deceit, from both sides. Delibrate from the Scorpio side, and more as an after-thought on the Libra side. Libra doesn't want to hurt Scorpio, they sense Scorpio's sensitivity - but doesn't want to lie either. Libra will avoid, or do damage in other ways that is just as bad as lying.

I have had several different kinds of experiences, one that rocks my socks and still does and always will. I think of him as my soul mate.

The last two Scorps were lack-luster in bed (GASP!) and were a bit dull on the outside, too. I wasn't entertained enough by them, they weren't surprising or exciting the way I usually picture Scorps. One of them lied and cheated 😢

The last Scorp is my friend and we've had some very rocky patches, but she is such a great part of my life. We always laugh!

It's not just about air and water! The signs are next to each other on the zodiac.

Scorpio is considered a more "advanced" and "mature" sign than Libra and can teach Libra a lot. Libra offers a light heart that Scorpio can have, but Libra enhances the experiences for them. It can be a very rewarding relationship for both signs. Not romatically per se...but they are drawn to each other magnetically.

As Xun once said, Scorpios are obsessed with image at times..I know I am guilty. A man has to look good in all manner of speaking..this includes his job, his status in society blah blah..I have to respect and admire him..losers will just not cut it..nor would mummy's boys..I want my man to dominate me..not the other way around..

The libra men I have encountered in my life (never for dating as I don't go there) have lied quite a bit..they are very funny to be around though..great wit!....I am sure not all are the same..wrong to generalise...

Scorpio has a karmic memory of libra so basically this is not a good combination since Scorpio does not want to be anything Libra.

I've seen two Scorpio/Libra relationship.....and both crashed and burned.......one of course being my parents relationship........scorpios and libras are insanely attracted to one another but it's a hard relationship....water and air are a hard combination....especially when trying to relate in a relationship together

I think a perfect match would be pushing it by far. Scorpios "perfect" match is actually a Pisces tied with a Cancer. If you know astrology you know every signs best match is within their element. One thing, I've heard often is Libras lack the emotional depth, Scorpio's need. I think it's possible this combo or any other could work.. with enough of each sign's air and water in their chart. But in general, Air and water don't mix.

I agree with Wysdum, Libs and Scorps 'can' make a go of it, just depends on why 'types' they are. Some Librans are quite superficial with no depth, I agree, but not all are like that...

Theres always one exception or two with a worst match.

few more reasons why scorp plus libra is a no-no:

scorp's natural destructive nature and negativity will destroy libra. While scorpio dwells in the dark, ie, death, all don't faze him, Libra does not like that, and being xposed to negativity on a constant basis will see Libra wither from a happy pearl to a wilted rose. when libra internalises all scorpio thoughts, intentions and energies, which libra will do in order to fully connect with and understand the scorpio, he/she will die inside, from light to brittle rot.

conversely, while scorpio thinks libra is light and fluffy, sunshine and gaiety, superficiality and weakness, scorpio is drawn because that is what he/she wants a bit of in their life. the scorpio will try to act like a libra, of course in order to attract them, and to keep them attracted (remember, libra dos not like heavy and intense). they are thus doing a disservice to themselves. they will have become someone they are not really. And their intense nature is not allowed to manifest or develop. they will hide it and be pleasant; fitting to their libra partner. but it will all pour out one day, when scorpio has enough of the pretense to be light and fluffy, and libra will withdraw and withdraw.. to oblivion.

scorpio does best emotional conversation - intellectual conversation is not exactly their forte, unless they are much sagittarius ruled. libra, however, does best light mental conversation, and not to say they have no feelings, but intense feelings makethem naturally uncomfortable. thus, scorpio is unfulfilled, damning libra to be shallow, flighty, while libra sees scorpio as a scary demon-like creature who will wield absolute power and control over them.

still, one aspect of their relationship can make them happy. scorpio does not want themselves revealed - libra will respect that and seldom dig deeper. libra is hyper sexual, and scorpio fulfills that need.

ultimately, their conversations go nowhere, mostly at cross purposes because its so hard to understand each other. they come from different spheres - scorpio from the sphere of ego-control, whilst libra, from the external to ego. not to say libra is not self centred, but libra sees things from a more people centric perspective then self centred perspective, while scorpio sees it from the possessive perspective outside. ok, I have some more to add:



the connection scorpio has with libra is largely, or maybe like 99% emotional. As we all know, libra is not good with emotional stuff, so scorpio has the biggest hand here. one reaosn scorpio likes libra is because scorpio sees someone they can largely control. emotionally manipulate.. they think it is easy to control libra and make them theirs, because libra is so accomodating, so spontaneous, etc.

but they are wrong somehow. libra largely ignores the emotional plane, so when scorpio uses emtional manipuation, it will work for some time but libra will learn to ignore it and focus on the positive side. thus, they will develop relationships outside, with friends, where they can't conect inside, in their relationship with scorpio.

what you end up with is a place of intrigue, mystery, manipulation, chains and sorrow. . . if you get deep into it.

those that survive, do so because they ignore the differences between them.

libra ignores the scorpio negativity, death-knolled thinking, toxic manipulation, and focuses on the positive side of scorpio. Libra can do this well, even though slowly, their aura is drained, unless they have a hardened exterior, which is closing off their feelings, and senstivity.

scorpio ignores the inability of libra to fully comprehend his/her emotional nature; instead, prefers to see libra as a coveted prize or something to that extent.

this can go on, until they try to understand each other. . . which will lead to the unhappiness.
One major necessity for libra is to seek understanding. But libra is dismayed to find that their scorpio partner always misses when they try to shoot an arrow of understanding. scorpio can never understand libra, because scorpio can only see himself in other people... whatever scorpio projects onto libra makes libra frustrated because libra knows that scorpio can only see libra not as he/she is, but as scorpio wants to/ insists upon.

Libra and Scorpio. Hell to the NOOOOO!!! I get most along with Libra males as friends. And the women I seriously can't stand. I really can't understand how I can get along with an Aquarius (male/female), Libra (male) and Gemini's on an friendship and intellectual level. But the women just irk my nerves in the long run, No matter how nice and polite I try to be to them. Maybe they don't understand the Scorpio complexity and seriousness. But I have two Libra females at my job that has gone above and beyond to stir up trouble. I don't know. I give up and don't care.
