Nobody can tell if people can be devoted to each other you have to work thatone out by feelings.Stars are only a guide to either work out why someone is behaving in a certain way or confirm what your sub-consieuce is already telling you. Thanks Venus,I actually do have water signs in my personal horoscope u know,moon is pisces and I have rising in cancer so that makes me quite sensitive and emotional I think.I am extremely drawn to scorpios and cant help myself without being with my scorpio friend,she completes me totally u know.
