I don't like that either, if you're going to lying and backstabbing aren't my thing. I tell you to your face usually -- although I don't mean to always, some things just come right out lol.
However, I do think people have a right to be however they want to be but I think a person's actions should match their words.
""Busy body nosey people. I'm from a really small town and it's nothing but talk and gossip. I went back last weekend for a wedding and geez. It's funny how people try to act "concerned" about you when really they are looking for some juicey dirt. There is a remedy for this though. When asked a question I don't want to anwser... I always say... none of you effing business. The look of shock delights me to no end. They deserve it just for being tring to convince me of being "concerned". Concerned my azz.
- OMG, lol!! I totally agree with you, that is one of my pet peeves too. I wish I had the balls to deal with those people like you do, though. Priceless.""
Well, I usually just give them some really bizarre answer. I enjoy the look on their faces. Like if they ask, "Where were you?/What were you doing?", I may respond with, "Finishing off the bodies." If they ask a follow-up, I'll just say, "Nothing, nvm. You wouldn't understand. It's complicated."
I honestly never understood ppl who don't like to be touched at all. But, I've learned to respect it b/c I have a few friends who are like this.
And I also have a friend who becomes outraged every time she suspects some passerby is staring at her. I'm like, "Calm down. They're not hurting you, are they?" She gets really upset. People are going to look around, that's why they have eyes. I think ppl usually stare if they find someone highly attractive, or surprisingly hideous. No one is that important, really.
If I see a person who I find interesting for whatever reason, I tell them. So they won't have to wonder why I'm "staring".
i don't have the patience to type this all up. here are a few: injustice, ignorance, intolerance, stupidity, arrogance, indolence, disloyalty, ingratitude, apathy...
My friend says she thinks the reason she doesn't like being touched is because her mom hardly ever held her as a child. She always passed her off to one of her family members. She shrugged it off as a speculation.
I am a naturally affectionate person. As long as it's not overdone. Also, I am anti-PDA.
