Why do Scorpio men treat their women like crap??

So I've been friends with this guy for a very long time like 11-12 yrs. We have never been romantically linked always friends. He has always been nice to me, kind, caring and has been there for me during some of my roughest times and vice versa. Being that I am a friend I assumed he treated everybody like this including any woman he's dating I would think even better. Well I guess that's not the case. I've heard of the games Scorpio men play and have read some horror stories, but I didn't think my friend was like that at all.

So me and my friend's current girlfriend of almost two years have grown somewhat close in the last yr or so. She's very nice and caring towards him and would give him the world..but he treats her like crap. This girl is forever sending me fb messages crying about how when he gets drunk he flirts with other women online and asks for nudes, and how he's forever giving her back handed compliments. He's very argumentative and sometimes he can just be plain cold to her. Like honestly this a huge shock for me as I don't see any of that from him..it almost makes me see him a bit differently as being a woman I can relate to what she's going thru.

Does he treat her like crap because he feels comfortable enough with her in doing so? I just don't get it, he has a wonderful woman but he just doesn't care. I'm just an ear for her to sound off. I never make comments about my friend nor do I give her advice on what to do specifically when it comes to him and I also never speak to him about it unless he brings up their relationship, the most I tell her is to just be upfront and bring any grievances she has to his attention. I guess I could just ask him myself, but I get the feeling he'd tell me a completely different version of the story. Anybody out there who's dated Scorp men...are most of them like my friend?

Well there isn't just one version of a story, so why wouldn't he have a different one? I'm not quite sure what you're asking here. Are you trying yo find advice to support you friends, or a lot "yes my Scorps a douche" feedback? If it's the latter, check pages 2-64, plenty of material there.

or just wait for it in 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2......

Honestly from my limited experience, it seems Scorpio men/women respect people who stand up for themselves, and aren't doormats. My father and bestfriend can both be very domineering if you don't stand up to them. I suppose no matter who you date it's about demanding respect. Your friend may not even feel that he is treating her bad. Honestly the scorpios in my life...woo they can say some things that cut. Don't expect an apology either. They usually don't even think they have been mean, it's just a matter-of-fact attitude. Is his girlfriend a water sign?

Actually she's a fire sign..Sag I think. Yea I think she feels like he's treating her bad or else I don't think she'd be sending me messages upset because he got drunk and flirted with a couple of chicks online again for the hundredth time. I almost feel torn sometimes because while I'll always have my friends back, I know what it's like to be a women in a situation with a guy who isn't treating you all that great..it's like hmm where does my allegiance lie..I usually just go with neutral.

He sounds like he has loose screws. There are PLENTY of MEN who aren't scorpio's just like that.

In my opinion, emotionally healthy people know how to show affection to the person they're with- actions as well as words. Both count, don't think otherwise and if not interested, don't waste time and just break up or don't start something to begin with. It's very simple. You need to confront your friend about this because this girl is in a lot of pain. She should just dump his sorry, unappreciative ass.

My boyfriend is a Scorpio, I'm a Gemini. He treats me like a total queen and adores me. Even after 2 months, he still holds the car door for me. And the door for everyone else and me.

He's a nice guy! He even made very fast friends with my Taurus MALE room mate, he didn't try to squash him. He's very sweet and accepting.

Yes I agree with all of this! I told her that she's being a doormat and honestly at this point in the relationship she is at the point of no return where he'll probably never respect her. It's time like these I'm glad I'm just a friend and don't have to deal with that side of him.
