The younger generation has been affected by the generation that raised them ... that would be us. I am loathe to think we created this out of a simple desire to give them what we didn't have. Now we have made self-serving, self-centered little monsters and we expect them to take over and enrich lives?
To have fun and be silly is awesome and I love that part about DXP. I also love to contribute when someone is genuinely looking for real answers. The threads that a few of them here are posting reflects poorly on the Scorp people that are here and negatively impacts the good that we try to do, and the fun that can be had. I think I even read somewhere someone making fun of people with Down's Syndrome ... like seriously wtf?
There is a fine line between being Scorp and naturally willing to entertain the dark side and being an idiot spewing disgust. Classless generation should be taught a thing or two about being Scorpio and about being a decent human being.

Yeah, one day I'll hook my computer up again... I think sims 3 starter pack was 20.00 (Canadian) at the store... I want it so I can have pets again. Oh yeah, came with 2 or 3 expansions. Pretty much all I do in the games is build houses and tear them down.

I just found the post about the kids with down syndrome. I teach "at-risk" kids in an elementary school. Many of my kids have mental disabilities. This disgusts me. Smh...

Here's the tragedy, unless someone steps in and does some correction, DXP will go to shit. The point here is not to enable the fa?ade to continue but to break it down so people can grow.
All the big talk, scary persona's, bitchy names etc ... it's all just a fa?ade that's hiding vulnerability and pain. There's so much of it here on the Scorp board because that is who we ultimately are and who we ultimately draw. Our purpose is to embrace those amazing qualities we have that enable us to be in the more difficult situations and still be able to find understanding and compassion both for ourselves and others. There is no need to perpetuate it here, if you're hurting then say so. If you're confused, then say that. Be honest with yourself and accept that not only are you flawed but that those flaws are a necessary part of your growth and others.
Talking smag just reduces us as a whole and that's not Scorpio. For anyone that's confused about what smag is? Tentacle porn ... that's smag. Thinking you're so HOT solely because you have a Scorpio Sun ... that's smag. Talking trash about anyone with any kind of disability ... that's smag.
Consider what you're putting out and weigh it with what you are getting back. If it's Smag and you're finding you're getting shit on a lot in life, then there's your clue. FFS.
