Amazzing performance in the 100M for Usain Bolt. His time of 9.69 seconds could have been even faster - if his shoelace was tied - and if he hadn't spent the last metres pounding his chest and hamming it up for the cameras. 'Yeah, just like a Leo! 😉
BIG CONGRATS too, to my fellow Canadian 19 yr. old Ryan Cochrane, winning a bronze medal in the 1,500-metre free style !! Awesome!
