Alright! This season's thread should have been started awhile ago but I haven't visited DXP in over a month.
So here goes...
GO GIANTS! BOO DENVER!(Thats right USC! Even though I still like Peyton)
Philly - Vick..man just can't seem to get a break
New England - 1/2/0 - Who would have thought?!?! Though lets face it, the Ref Strike SERIOUSLY impacted how tonight's game turned out. (PISCO! If you read this, chime in!)
San Fran. vs Minnesota - The score may not seem like it but San Fran got their asses handed to them. They were playing like crap. The "SUPERTEAM" everyone has been raving about was not here this Sunday.
New Orleans - How do you recover to make a successful being so crippled and ruthless picked on by the NFL?
Bah humbug! VH, I'm in a quandary, because I don't like Peyton, but he's my teams QB 😢 so, I'm in a sad place. There have been some good games, but WHOA, I know the Packers were beside themselves. With that being said, I was reading on cbssports and one commenter said it best (paraphrasing), "If you winning/losing comes down to one play, then you need to step-up your play, so then you don't have to worry about it." I agree. If the Packers had been winning by 14, 21 + points, they wouldn't have been happy, but they wouldn't have cared because they would have been up anyway. And college! Boy, that Stanford vs. Washington game was hard to watch (even worse for me, than the USC vs. Stanford game). Today, West Virginia and Baylor were doing a shooting fest; clearly both teams d-line leaves much to be desired. So, that's my contribution to this thread...for today...but, I could always come back later tonight 🙂
