Tattoo ideas for a broken heart, unrequited love.

So to help me heal I want another tattoo. Because getting a heart tattoo would be too obvious I was kind of thinking of getting a lock with a broken key or a hourglass with the sands running out. What would you get to symbolize a broken heart?

I think you should get a fallen angel tattoo. It symbolizes broken heart and depression. and if you decide later that it was a bad idea to get atattoo, I think you wouldn't regret having the angel, it's cool from any side.
