Most men are hunters. They enjoy the chase. They especially pick up the motivation to further & faster chase prey that is trying to get away from them. This theory doesn't only apply to mammals/animals/nature...it's also relevant with humans.

Taurus' are very consistent & persistent. When they've got their eyes locked on something/the prize, they stick to it. But NOT b/c they're trying to be bugaboos, annoy you or ignore your rejection

Understand that usually when Taurus is persistent, the chase eventually pays off. It's just unfortunate that in situations involving unwanted advances, that this about them actually counts against them & causes them more loss than gain.

The good news though is that eventually he'll get the point, the big picture & move on. It may take him a while, but once he finally realizes that his efforts have not gotten him anywhere, he'll suddenly quit, act as if you were never important to him & move on to someone else.

But of course the ther person is always left to think that their Taurus must be some obsessive creature who will probably never move on. And that's NOT the case.

As with anything in nature, if the chase doesn't eventually pay off, the predator will eventually move on to their next target.

Half of the reason they may keep chasing you in fact has NOTHING to do with how much they like you. Half of it involves ego & the fact that they hate admitting defeat. This is the reason they may outstay their welcome. It's not b/c they don't know yet that you're not into them...no, they're just not ready to personally let it sink in that their efforts are/were pointless
