Best Analogy for Being With a Taurus Woman

It's like my taurean girl is a horse, and I'm leading her to the water for a drink. When we get there I find out she already knew the way. She drinks the water anyway just to humor me, and I fall in love with her all over again.

The only kind of weird thing she does is that she rarely walks in front of me. If I say "after you" and lead her a certain way, she seems a bit reluctant, it's as if she needs me to show her the way sometimes, as if she enjoys following me.

She likes looking at your butt. 😉
But I like following too,makes me feel protected.if we are walking in to an ambush....you need to be there first. 🙂

Another interesting thing is that she only occasionally allows me to help or serve her. Like a few nights ago we were cuddling on the couch and watching one of her favorite movies, when I asked her if she wanted ice cream. I asked her how much she wanted, and she came over, took the scoop and started serving herself.

Is that just the foodie in her? Or the controlling/independent nature? I guess the cancer in me likes to help and serve her, I kind of wish she would notice that.

ffs stop over analyzing.she was not being controlling or independent.ice cream is serious business man! rather than figure up the possible size of the bowl to scoop ratio divided by her mood and doubled by her favorite movie...she thought it would be faster to eyeball the goods and and size it up herself rather than try to verbalize it.

We're in a long distance relationship (almost 200 miles) This past weekend she came down for a few dates and such, we only meet each other like every 6 months.

I think you guys are right, after all, she did let me cook dinner for her and breakfast the next day. I made some pretty pathetic eggs (which is surprising since I make amazing scrambled eggs, no joke) and she still loved them.

Tied it all off with some cuddling on the couch. We watched her favorite movie and she fell asleep on my shoulder! eeek! That was amazing.

It's OK to grab a Bullette by the horns as long as it's done delicately. I dated a male Cancer briefly. He simply wanted to take the entire reigns during the dating process ( I know Cancer is an 'action-oriented' sign and are natural givers) but I found his actions to be quite smothering, bothersome and a threat to my independence. The most annoying thing? He didn't verbalize anything, he just thought he was going to navigate the entire relationship with out {me} having a say-so! Lets just say I said 'ADIOS!' This is not the way a male Crab should handle a Bullette.

Yeah I'm definitely not that controlling. I care about her too much to ignore her wants and needs.

If you keep an open dialogue with her in terms of where you want this relationship to proceed, she will be pleased. We hate feeling as if we have been underminded, manipulated or coerced into doing something we're dead set against. A Bullette hates to be badgered or rushed. I understand Cancers are not very effective communicators, but if you want your relationship with your Bull to last, start practicing. Don't be afraid to let yourself be vulnerable. Chances are, your Bullette is probably already crazy about you. It's OK to flash a red cape in front of her horns...as long as it's done tastefully. Follow the script that I set forth, and it will incite a positive reaction.

I care about her enough to ask what she wants, and I'm very communicative.

I'm not overly emotional like most Cancers (maybe because I have like 6 Capricorn planet signs), so I don't think that will be an issue. However, I really want her to open up, she doesn't show much affection for me. She's not cold and emotionless, but she's still not as expressive as the average person.

Physically she is very expressive, staring at me seductively, clinging to my arm, sitting extremely close to me, I love it. So I think she really is crazy about me, but she doesn't represent that verbally.

And Cilogy, allow room for your Bullette to spoil you too. She's very much a traditional woman, and may want to cook for you and pamper you. Don't monopolize the 'catering to' process.

Bulls (Taurelles) are awesome, that's all you need to know. I like to lead with a Taurus, because they never look like they'd be lost anyway, it's just effortless. They don't need me, but they're there. 🙂

It will take her some time to verbalize her feelings for you. But the emotions are very much present, passionate, and vital. Despite her strong independent tendencies, a Bullette is actually very shy. However we try not to leave our object of affection in the dark, we will be very 'touchy-feely' with them to re-affirm that our feelings for them is real. Staring at you seductively is a subtle way for us to be in tuned with you emotionally without verbalizing it. Admiring you from a distance also gives us affirmation that you're OURS. Keep in mind, a Bullette carries a strong silent confidence. It's just not readily advertised. Although we're very traditional women, nevertheless, we can be quite seductive.

Well what kinds of things can I say and do to help her open up?

You'd be surprised, I'm not a reserved or a scared person like most Cancers. I have a lot of Scorpio in me too. However, I feel like saying this to her will kind of guilt trip her into saying something emotional to me, which seems manipulative.

Whenever I've been with I have always been a leader, always pretty much an alpha male, and it never felt fake, it felt really genuine and real. I think she really brings that out in me.

I feel like Cancers get a bad rap for being weak, but that really doesn't hold ground with me. Maybe it's because I have very strong planet signs (Capricorns, Scorpios, maybe a Virgo).
