Best friends one day, ZERO communication the next

WTF Taureans? One day we were hanging out, making plans, going to a concert etc. The next day I get this nasty aloof cold shoulder attitude and when I asked if she was mad at me "No... hmph". I asked if she wanted to talk, and I really have NO clue what I did to piss her off. She unfriended me on facebook even. This is a chick I work with who was one of my good friends who I would hang out with at least once a week.

No clue what I did, or how to find out, or possibly fix things. She was one of my best friends, and this sucks.

Id walk away who needs her....but then again this is you. Communication is your best friend.

Used to go through this with my Taurus ex-bff for years. I knew this girl since the age of 5. What I noticed about Taurus's is that they act super tough but they really arent and not to say thats a bad thing. But the smallest thing would hurt her feelings and I wouldnt even kno until i tried to contact her and she would igg me sort of in the same fashion as your friend, very drastic. I severed ties with her as of 2010 and she had been trying to make amends since then, i recently started slowly communicating with her again, but my guard is all the way up and I just dont feel it will ever be the same again. I noticed they also like power and control and they feel powerful and in control when people are damn near begging to know what they did wrong to hurt the Taurus and why they are now being iced out. I just dont have the patience to deal with such creatures, when my ex bff text i text back but I just cant get deep with her like before I keep it very short and sweet.

This sounds like between me and my scorpion co-worker. I befriended her on facebook because I was instructed to end any personal communication, then she blocks me on facebook. Doing me on better.

As a male T, I can not guess what a female T is going through, but you must of pissed her off somehow?

Give it a few days and let her cool off. Maybe she will come back and explain her actions.

Well there are two possibilities, neither of which I think should have made her mad but I guess possibly—

She goes to this gym. Been asking me to go for like 7 months, but I'm NOT a gym person. I HATE working out. I finally joined it and figured we could go together some times, but I never once intended on going a lot, I'm just not that into it. She did make one snarky comment.. she went to the gym without me one day (didn't ask me to go just went) and I said "hey sorry I didn't join you, was catching up from being out of town/working a lot and needed to clean my house" and she said "Hmph. You never come anyway". But she hadn't even asked me to go. So idk, I guess thats possible. But how incredibly self centered an immature if it is that.

The other thing is, I'm an RN, she is a CNA. Its my job to supervise her work. I got yelled at by the night cna after she worked one night "The evening cna never took the trash out". So I asked her. "Hey what happened, this girls saying you didn't take out the trash?" Anyway apparently she did but there was like one thing she put into it afterwards and this night cna is just a bitch. Guess it could have been misinterpreted as me saying she doesn't do a good job. Wasn't meant that way. I just have to know because its my job to supervise her work. *shrug* I tried to phrase it in a non-offensive way.. I wasn't accusing her, just trying to find out why this chick yelled at me and if there was any legitimacy to it.

*sigh*. I've tried asking her what was up, if she was mad at me etc. She won't even talk to me. So I have no idea what I can even do.

It really is hard to be friends with someone and work with them ESPECIALLY if you are above them in authority.
I once was at the same level with 3 of my friends, but I became over them and ultimately all the relationships went to shit because its hard to balance friendship and professional life.
I would just let that friendship go, there will be others. Our destiny is not tied to the people who leave us.
Sometimes, you have to not question things and just carry on ... People are often times more than not removed from our lives for a reason, I would take heed and carry on.
