LOL Pragmatism, that's why. I understood. The weather here has been ridiculous and the roads dangerous.

I personally like the idea of going out in dangerous weather for a little snookie snook.

Now, now. Reality and all. Opposing schedules...driving bans..haha.
Child still to home. These things need planning. I was fine with how it was framed. He has been a friend for ages.
He's a May baby, I'm April. I was amused at just at the time I was going to ask if he was done being unnerved by me and ask him out, the reverse occurred.
Tis a date ladies, no rice throwing and bubble blowing. LOL

You too! I was able to leave work super early because of a little blizzard we're having so I'm happy to be home now. 🙂

My day off and we will see about tomorrow. They've closed early thanks to this stuff and I live in the middle of nowhere. *fingers crossed* I've already missed 5 days due to the last pile up.

Idk, maybe it's because we don't get enough snow, but last week when it snowed I could not stay in the house...not even for a second. Yes, my mom and I were one of the people sliding on these Georgia roads, but it was soooo exciting being out in it. I even walked the day after...and almost fell a few times, and it's like I had the city to myself...so peaceful and quiet!

I agree..get out in it if you can. Just be careful.

A lot further North here lady. Winter has been a trial. 30-40 below zero, foot of snow overnight, high winds. Roads are black ice under powder.
They've used all of 2014s road salt allotment already and are using brine and beet juice to loosen things.
Propane shortages. Gouging. Emergency travel only at times with state offices closing. We've pushed past the magic and are developing a bunker mentality until spring. The whole state is over it.
The date can wait. I think what he said was sensible. If he's waited years to pluck up the courage to ask, a few weeks don't matter. 🙂 Want more snow? I'll send it C.O.D. 1??.
