Career Change ideas?

FFFFFFFFFFFFFF, I've had enough. I work with negative people and the owner is going back on his word with me on so many things already. Fukk, my salesguy even killed himself. What a way to keep me optimistic! 😢 I gotta leave, but I don't even know where to go!!!!! ahhhhhhhhh

So maybe I wanna hear from the artsy people out there what you do. I'm in management and I do graphic design and sales. I want simular things but I needa get out of this industry, it's really killing me.

😢 U guys don't help!!!! hehe, make me laugh though. Don't wanna do sales really. I'm in advertising so if I could do designing and selling my art for a company that would be cool. Don't even know what kinda company is best though. This sucks.
