crazy Bull...what is he doing?

ok...so I met this Taurus, he's 46, I'm 37, he's high ranking with a prominent position within the military, ...and after merely a couple days he is so into me, that it freaks me out...I like him. Enough to consider him to be someone possibly important to me...but it's only been a few days...his job is really demanding, but is making any and all time for me. He's all out and about him & I, but is not after me in some crazy way. No. He is more than actively pursuing relationship - he's going through all the motions, telling me everything about himself, his family, any thing I would ask for and it's all blending. He is a rather prominent figure and does not hide anything about himself that could be harmful to him or his career.
He is literary being crazy cookie for me.

but...me, even though I'm a Gem, and could jump right in, I want my time and space...well, at least the time...I don't want to go with the "fools rush in" thing here.

Are Bulls like that? Is this normal? Like really, he's just about charging me with his amorous ways lol
