I'm both - I'm cute and cuddly in my personal life and I'm strong and authoritative in my business life. And I can switch between the 2 depending on the environment and needs around me. Basically, I have multiple personalities and am blaming astrology. 😄

I also have lots of Libra in my chart. All about balance finding the right one and it has to be stable.

That's cool it seems that with me as well so sadly, but it's just too much since my dominant signs are sun, venus, and Saturn which is also earth and air signs.
And my sun conjunct venus, mercury for everytime I see inconsistencies I freak out. I am big on Compromise but struggle to fight struggles of communicating although it's direct and open. Might be too much for air or fire.

Being too authoritative appears quite tyrannical and dogmatic.
I prefer to lead with empathy, making sure that everyone's voice is heard and their efforts are compromised and taken into consideration.
I have a Mars in Pisces.
But I still move like a determined Bull.
Get the job done and please leave no room for mistakes.
As for my personal life,
Despite the tough exterior,
I am a warm-hearted teddy bear who wants the best for everyone around me.

It depends on the situation, different situations require a different approach. If you want to get stuff done
and people are too laid back then i take charge with more fire, if everything is in place and working i can be more laid back. Nobody is exactly the same way in all situations.

Welcoming - Yes. Now I know why random strangers pass up many other folks just to ask ME, the one with the headphones that seems to be surgically stuck to my head and obviously tuning out the world, for the time.
Provides for all - I do my best with what I have. I'll give my last if I know you can definitely use it more than me.
