Flirting by Sun or Venus in EARTH SIGNS:

If you have Venus in Taurus or Virgo or Capricorn in your birth chart, when you go into "flirt mode" you tend to "act to attract" in one or more of the following ways:

Earthy. You appear natural, nature-loving, grounded, solid, steady, and stable. You seem "comfortable" or "a calming influence".

Practical. You seem down-to-earth, reliable, realistic, or pragmatic. You act like you have "common sense". You might offer material security as an attraction, or be attracted to one who can provide it. You may talk more about what you own than what you feel.

Patient. You don't act impulsive, impetuous, or impatient. You will wait a long time, if that seems the best tactic. You don't push, but you persevere; and you believe "persistence pays". You won't abandon ship until it is surely sinking.

Sensual. You appear sensuous, tactile, and very aware of physical sensations. A touch means more than words to you. Sharing food may be a form of flirtation.

My boy has his venus in taurus. I would say he was pretty patient in his flirting style ; I mean, I gave him many props for persevering when he tried to get me out on a date (which took a couple of months). He's all about touch; he'll throw his arm around me, relax, and whatever else he does is communicated through touch. He could be joking about something on TV, but his body language and actions are a different story.

Venus in Taurus.... If I don't like you, I won't eat your food. I'll starve. If I love you, I'll eat you out of house and home.

When I like someone, I become a social retard, especially in the beginning and the feelings are mutual. My seriousness only comes out when I've gotten used to the other person.
