When you're interested in someone and things progress to that point where a kiss is imminent: Do you prefer to be asked before the kiss happens?

While gallant, I would prefer it to just be latched hold of and kissed. Till my eyes crossed in fact.

I think it's romantic and nice,but not something I expect.

the last first kiss I had,he said "so,what.. *shrug*...you want to kiss around on me or somethin'?" (capricorn)and as stupid as it was,I found it charming and his sudden shyness kinda endearing.

No! If I'm into the moment, he will be able to tell and not have to ask me. Come to think of it, I've never had a man ask if he could kiss me. We're just in the moment and it happens. Sigh...
