Be straight up about it, tell him how you feel about his situation. Be sweet and polite about it and tell him how his behavior is hurting you and tell him not to waste himself that he is priceless. Your bull is depressed and when bulls are depressed they tend to question their worth. Sit down and have a talk about all of this literally. Dont forget the food!
