How to Handle a Harem Situation in Relationships
If you are certain about your boundaries, it is best to communicate clearly and set limits. Ignoring or blocking may protect your peace, but addressing the issue directly can maintain your integrity while respecting the friendship. Choose the approach that aligns with your comfort level and personal values.
Walk away. You don't want it and if he doesn't care, wtf is the point in bothering? The only way you'll define how to be treated is dropping his ass.

Taurus's seem to be drawn to me. My 3 closest friends (2 female/1 male) are all Taurus.

I'm confused, what is the harem status..I line up of women a taurus can call to get easy sex. A woman who had sex with taurus before establishing a solid friendship / relationship will get thrown into the harem camp and he will sex her whilst looking for the "One"!

Busy- the "dumb girl" me didn't listen when early on he said "I'm just building friendships right now while keeping my eyes open for HER".
And you just hit the nail on the head- "I'm just going to have a list of those I can sleep with while waiting for the one I really want to come around".
I am often thankful for lessons learned- and glad I did not get emotionally involved yet.

I didn't believe "the harem" was true until ... my Taurus told me he would love to get married again, but to "the right one." Then few minutes later he informed me he is dating several people ... I was like WTF ... from that point, I pretty much know I can't even give him a cookie ...

I have made "harem" status. Not to go into details, but i do know this is what is going on. No, I have no desire to be in the harem. Yes, some of it is my own fault- not clearly defining what "we" are, yada yada yada.
So, the feedback I am looking for I guess is- since I am so clear on my harem status, do I just ignore/block and walk away?
Confront? I don't like conflict- he won't care anyways...
Just tell him I am not interested anymore and leave it at that?
He is not going to change his ways, so I am not looking for a different end result of him all of a sudden wanting to drop the harem. My only worry with the ignore/block is that it is out of character and we do have a friendship built... (I do care about him as a person...yes I know some of you may jump on me for that- it's the empathetic part of me).
Thoughts?
