Insight into a taurus male

Hello.

I need a little help just to figure this taurus out we work together and get on so well and spend a lot of our time together at work but haven't met up outside yet the other night we were talking and I thought there was a moment between us and then one of the guys I walked up to said that he felt it too and he does like me but doesn't know because we work together.
I'm not sure if he does like me but then he does little things like remember my fave colour and he is always touching me when we walk past each other.
He is a little younger than me would this matter to him is there anything I could do to make he realize that i like him should I wait for him to make a move or just go for it?

I cant stand Geminis thought process...huh. Then they are too airy for me to take seriously. That's my problem taking things seriously. Not them.. they are just doing what they do best...not taking things too serious, and constantly rescheduling plans, or ignore you for awhile because they are way to busy to respond. Lol

As far as the Taurus side... Either we get to be friends or enemies in the work fields of should I date or have a fling with a coworker or just be co workers and find someone else outside of work..

Maybe you could go out as a work group and have social time that way so there's less pressure but you get to see each other out of work.

If one party is more of a social bee and the other is not there comes the sit back and observe Gemini.. And Taurus too, two different people in character...

One likes the light, then other wants to sit in the dark and watch your every move.. Then when you go to work there would be some kind gossip to spill or what not about the two people...lol
