Lost Interest?

Mr. taurus n i were doing fine - friends first.
last time i went to a place we both hang out to
congratulate some friends on an achievement.
he was practicing (its a gym) he said hi when i walked in.
though i did walk in with a guy friend (taurus knows i have a lot of
guy friends - his ex apparently did too)

I know another person there (Cancer) was into me but took too long to make a move
(I did invite him out many times but he never took me up on it so i lost interest)
Cancer knew Taurus and i went to hang out. his face dropped when taurus mentioned it (casually)
he did ask cancer if he wanted to come with us. he said no.

I have given taurus a card (made it myself) he loved it.
everything was fine until that one day
when afterwards cancer came up to us and asked if we were going anywhere
(but more in a tone of ... so are u two an item now?)

taurus said he was going home and i said nothing (my friend had gone by then)
buddy and i werent close at all or huggy or anything.

though i did sense something form cancer so i just gave him a look of
"what exactly is it that ur asking" .. i was wearing taurus' hat and he took it back and said well im gonig to go now.
i said hold on ill walk down with u. he gave me a ride and gave me two hugs at the end but shorter than the last time.

Not sure - i told my gf the story in more detail and she said it sounded like cancer was jealous and seeing as taurus (her bro is a taurus) lkes to avoid conflict - he prob backed away. soo i thought id ask all of you.

Cancer is now giving me the cold shoulder. will answer short answers (took 3 days to get him to respond claiming he was busy though usually he would always make time for me) cancer is still hung up on his ex so ditched him months back.
though he's always noticed taurus n i would always bond regardless. (as friends before anything)

nut recently we had been around each other more. until that day. afterwards. i never heard a text back (I never flirted or showed any interest in cancer at all around taurus or in general for months)

I dont like playing the "lets make them jealous" game so i dont do it. But i dont know if maybe he picked up on cancer's feelings and decided to back off to avoid conflict since we all gotta train together anyways.

Taurus stopped replying to texts. so i gave him space then asked him somehting biz related and he replied but he wont joke around with me anymore 😢

I use to say somethin as a joke like telling him i was the only one alowed to stalk him (he agreed!)

the other day i said something about cloning him into 3 since he's so busy. he said for sure, started telling me
what he'd do with 3 of him. i said what makes u think u get all three? i get one cuz it was my idea! and he said ... wooooow ....
u think ur that special? and i said yes yes i do, and he goes Iii dont think so (laugh) .. and im like but iii do.

so not sure ... whats wat now. he did slightly start joking and laughing a tiny bit again. sooo its a bit of a start.
but not sure if i did something wrong somewhere?

i should probably add i did have my kids with me at the time - a friend pointed out his shorter hug mighta been outta respect. my youngest did look up to him , my oldest drew him a picture. =]

You are obsessing. We cant tell you what only he knows.

I know its tough but dont fill your mind up with it, if he is withdrawing, whatever the reason is, just let him have his space and come to you.

yeahhhh my mind tends to wonder when things stop making sense to me o.O
either that or i leave out hints unless something is actually said to
me directly as i prob think im thinking too much of something.
though not often wrong but i tend to brush things off and then
end up wandering away
