But yes, food is dangerous....If ever there is a time in life where I stop working out, I am going to fatten up pretty fast...I actually eat pretty healthy, but I probably eat way more than I should...and when I indulge, it is really excessive....I love sweets, and really rich, fattening foods....definitely a problem....
