Understanding a Guy's Feelings When He Thinks a Girl Should Not Hang Out With Him
If a guy feels it's inappropriate for a girl to hang out with him, it often indicates he has romantic or protective feelings and may be unsure about pursuing a relationship or respecting boundaries.

It means he thinks it's inappropriate to want to hang out with him when you have a partner.

Perhaps he feels uncomfortable being around the girlfriend of another man. Perhaps he just doesn't want to hang out with you. Nobody knows, so ask HIM 🙂
