funny- im new to the study of astrology so im still a little skeptical at times- and although these are broad generalizations, i find them to be true of the tauruses i know (one man in particular). its very interesting- id love to know whether or not others of you out there agree.

btw, two points in particular really struck a chord: "Get easily offended & hurt" and "Often take the smallest comments or remarks personally" (tho arent they kind of one in the same)

I agree with most except the stuff about being lazy, greedy, self indulgent, and materialistic...definately stubborn though... BUT I think this is where the "nurture" part comes in... your life experiences don't negate astrology, but they can strengthen or weaken certain traits...as can other placements in your chart.... I grew up taking care of myself and my sisters, among other children in the family....I've been on my own most of my life so I never had the luxary of being any of those things.

I definitely don't procrastinate, I leave that for my Pisces bf lol

I especially like the bit about people never knowing what a Taurean really feels. A lot of people have commented on this, saying that's it's very hard to read me, although I don't do this purposefully. Sometimes I think I'm making something obvious but to the other person I'm not at all!

And I enjoy being alone, never feel lonely.

i think it is pretty much spot on except for maybe one or two of those.

lol thats pretty much me in a nutshell tho I've never been materialistic. I do have fine tastes, but having then satisfied doesnt make the world go round.

But that's what makes an earth sign an earth sign: they aren't known necessarily for their materialism but their wisdom to be detatched from things....materialism usually runs in fire, and wind signs especially Librans. Earth gets a bad rap for that becuase earth is about material but not necessarily PHYSICAL matterial: just anything that is of use for growth....earth is about wisdom becuase it's been here the longest before anything else, and knows that things change....try as we might to remain the same, we know that we are all small parts of the greater whole of reality.

It's usually people that have a personal/emotional connection to things that is usually materialistic.....but when you realize things are just things, and that any joy is really gained from experience than you grow...

Not a Taurean sun, but a Taurus Ascendant; i find this to be very spot-on/i would say an 80-90% accuracy..LOL
