I have a Taurus Moon and Pisces Venus.
Supposedly both placements indicate a romantic nature.

...I don't see myself that way. Maybe my Pluto aspects killed both.
Is there a test to see how romantic I am? Besides crappy online ones or dating random women whose tastes can range all over the place?

Figured you guys would be best to judge since you rule romance. (Fuck Libra they just rule negotiations)

the extent of my romantic concern really revolves around aesthetic considerations - making sure we have good food, music, lighting, atmosphere, and sex...Is that romantic? Probably not. I also will buy extravagant gifts occasionally, if the woman even cares about that (many really don't)....

I have two Libra friends that are both extremely romantic though. They write songs or poems for their partner, do big public/dramatic proposals. Scavenger hunt-type celebratory dates with with symbolic/sentimental gifts and places that are visited. They will end up following a rose petal trail up to a mountain-top somewhere, serenading their girl, with a live band suddenly emerging from the background. One of them is with a Scorpio girl and is trying to plan an underwater proposal while swimming with sharks (shark swim is on her bucket list).

Both of these guys have Venus in Scorpio though, so maybe its that.

Not only would I never do anything like this, but the extent to which they go strikes me as cheesy/embarrassing. I try not to be around them when they do stuff like this.....

That was so cheesy my moon died from lactose intolerance.
The sharks make the 2nd guy forgivable somewhat though.

Were can I find me a man like the hat TLS. Lol
Yeah over the top infront of all would emberras me.
I'm a venus scorp n my romantic side was never struck until meeting someone. I'd had urged to make love song CDs for their bday but didn't follow through( I knew too much too soon) but was shocked I had it in me. Wrote poems n even composed a song which I was able to eventually give him that . But it wasn't until I was moved by love . I haven't been moved yet though.

Ok, I will admit that one woman has brought out that side to me, where I did want to really express how I felt dramatically - more in writing her about my feelings though (no public songs or sharks).

Otherwise, the sitting bull magnet will just have to do. lol....
