Taureans are you slow decision makers? Reactive or proactive?

I'm a first decan Taurus lady with Tau. asc and Mer. Moon in Aries. Yes, I am a slow thoughtful decision maker most of the time especially when making financial decisions or investing in myself. But when I've made up my mind, my Aries moon shoots me into the stratosphere. It looks to others as though I'm a rash decision maker, but I'm really just reacting to something, usually. I'm not as proactive as others or as I'd like to be. Proactivity is difficult for me.

I'm third decan Taurean,Merc Gemini, Moon and rising Virgo.So,I'm anyways bound to be a veryyy slowwww decision maker.I consider every aspect,every angle.I want my decision to be the best possible in every way.

@OP- I am first decan hence the SN. Lol. Yeah it's a struggle within myself believe you me. I am impulsive, reactive, but introverted. So slow my roll is a must otherwise I go straight into psychoanalysis. I am the metal rooster and I am overlooking everything about everyone or subjects.
