In my experience, Taurus guys do not like to text or talk on the phone much at all. It's usually short to the point answers, ie. "what do you want to do?", "where do you want to go?" etc. Instead, they are great at being supportive by doing things you need. Ie. you get a flat tire, you're stuck somewhere...they will come help you. You need them to pick up something, they will do it. Key is you have to tell them straight up.
Maybe try scheduling things to do with him and spend more time together...

We were dating, we would meet like once or twice a week, dinner or movie... He held my hand once when we meet up, but then we didnt during the hang out time.
He also held my hand like in the cinema, in the taxi......
Mostly of the time when i leave, we hugged like several minutes.... Not like a fd hug or gdbye hug.
Im letting him go, but recently i feel like he is testing me, he always say good morning then no more msg...i would reply him but not texting him first, becuz i feel so scared.
