According to this Taurus guy, yep, pretty much...and sex. Some have pretty much got undress in front of him and he got disgusted and walked out.

no i meant who else propositions men except leo females? i've never been propositioned by any other sign save leo. it's just my experience.

Oh! LOL I'm not that sort of Leo... I need to be friends first and be comfy with them before I decide if they're worth the time. I'm more of the "let's be friends first and see if there's enough substance to go further" type of a Leo. 🙂 But yeah, I know some Leo women who can be extremely aggressive. I've asked guys to dance with me... but that's about the extent. 🙂
