Taurus Venus...is this creepy?

There is this Gemini guy (with Gemini Moon, Cancer Mercury, Taurus Venus, Cancer Mars) that I've been very attracted to. We met at work about a month ago, but I was an intern in the HR department and it's unethical to pursue someone when you work in the hiring department. Anyway my internship ended this week, but he made a strong impression on me. So I wanted to know would it creep out a Gemini (or in general someone lol) if I facebooked him and just kinda told him that I thought he was cute, awesome to talk to, and give him my number. Or should I say something else. Thanks.
