Taurus Women and Love

I just want to start off by saying you Taurus Girls are fucking awesome.

I am in a relationship with a Taurus Girl. I am a Libra w/ tons of Scorpio in my natal chart. Sex with my Taurus is Hot Fiyah.

My question is concerning how you girls love someone. Whenever the topic of "Why do you love me?" comes up between us, i have noticed that her responses are very "Me" centered.

Examples: "I love you because you love ME better than anyone"


Honestly... after realizing she was a Taurus it just makes me chuckle. You guys are pretty self centered. LOL.

Someone else has pointed this out to me as well and I never really realized it. When I catch myself doing it now, I feel like such a doof. We're really not THAT self-centered. The fact that someone mentioned it to me has made me a little more self-conscious with my responses now.

haha. I personally think it's adorable. I love my little taurette. I have no problem making her feel like the center of the universe.... occasionally putting my foot down on the firm beliefs i do have.

But the answers do make sense. While other signs may look for what they can do for their mates and how they can please them..... Tauruses usually look at what a potential mate will do for them. It's not b/c ur selfish.... it's because you know you are capable of great love and caring. But you will only show it to somebody who's earned your hard earned trust. Damn your easily hurt emotions =).

I'd say that's a pretty accurate statement. Trust is a big issue. Takes me a little longer to warm up to people. Folks don't often realize that our feelings are hurt easily, because we do put up a tough front.

I think you summed it up fairly well Libra, the softer side isn't shown to just everyone you know. It's talking, getting along, that slow slide. And it is awfully vulnerable, though not easily admitted readily. Once open though, nothing there wouldn't be done for you.
I tend to flip the 'what will he do for me' into 'what can WE do together'. How do we mesh as a whole. And I want to know someone from the ground up, and I want them to know me from the ground up. And I am a right impatient cow when I've made my mind up about matters. Things are quite simple in my world. 'You're mine, I'm yours, done deal.'
The unease occurs when someone doesn't tell you what feelings are, not sure of where you stand. That one is just...no good really.
You've that one covered too, she knows where you stand, right next to her. Take care of her Libra. 🙂

yea no totally cool. I too like to read everything i can to learn more about Taurus. It's helped me understand them immensely.
