I'm too lazy to click and read but I do believe the mind is powerful. I used to read books on this type of stuff. Like when I'm in a tight situation and my heart starts racing I somehow relax my body and my heart rate goes down immediately. I can play with my mind, in high school when lecture was really boring I'd put my head down and I'd make myself believe that I was on a boat and I'd start feeling how my ground went up and down over the waves... soooo relaxing. When I have time I also like to lay in bed, close my eyes and feel my bed go round and round, faster and faster or whatever you want. I don't like taking medicine but I do if I'm in pain and have to go work but if I don't I'll simply convince myself that I don't feel pain and eventually without even realizing it you're pain-free! You ever try picturing yourself in a hot beach when in reality it is cold outside? guess what? you'll feel warm.
If you're the kinda person who can't remember your dreams just tell yourself to wake up after each dream while in half asleep/half awake state and u will. I forgot the name of this state. Some people say that they don't dream but everyone does just that not everyone can remember them. Every person has an average of 7 dreams per night. I always remember my dreams, they're so much fun and action-filled 😛 hee hee and the weird thing is that I'm always aware that I'm dreaming so I'm not scared during nightmares and I comfort those who are scared in my dreams by telling them not to worry because it's only a dream. Sometimes I'm just waiting to wake up. I once had an orgasm just by thought. The mind is a wonderful thing, way more grand than people may think. Sometimes I wonder if all that messing around with my mind hasn't caused side-effects because I have been awoken by voices when no one is there. I found out that when this happens it is because that person really was talking. I know so because one morning I could not figure out at what point in time I had heard a conversation, it was sooo weird, I knew I didn't dream it, I hadn't talked to my friends, there was simply no time-frame, it was just there in my head. Next day I'm hanging out with my friend and I ask her if she knew who had told me what I had heard at some point in time or space... ? I was blabbing on about what this female voice had said, details and all, well when I turn to look at her she had her eyes peeled wide open and said that that had been her and a co-workers conversation that morning! The mind, existence, death, life... such a wonderful mystery.
