I would set one up but i would make them change the password right after i was done. This would be an account for him and i wouldn't want to invade his privacy.

I could see mine saying something like, it's not a big deal or whatever. i would tell him change it, this is your's i don't need it. it wouldn't be a big deal. I like things as uncomplicated as possible.
