Any other virgos grow up thinking they were leos?

For several years I was SO convinced I was a leo. I didn't even understand astrology at that time, so I didn't know what sign fell around my birthday, but people kept telling me I was. That was until one day someone finally told me I wasn't a leo... but a VIRGO! I was so devastated, lol. However, looking back, there was no way I could have been a leo. However, people still ask to this day if I'm a leo, but I just laugh and tell them I'm a virgo.

lmao i sure did because member we were born in august what also made it worst for me is that my mother is born on 16 of aug father on the 10 lol. and the fact i have a leo moon i really thought i was a leo little did i kno lmfao

ps i was heart broken when i found out i was a virgo and a august virgo at that noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo lmfao

The devastation is indicative of pride, more commonly found in the Leo.
You have some of their traits, so it was easy for confusion to arise.

I was told that too lol I didn't have an idea what they were talking about at the time though that was like elementary.

i actually always thought i was a libra.. i didnt know what astrology till i was 15 but i guess when i was reeeal little i picked up the general gist of it? from family i guess idk

anyways i remember the first time i was actually exposed to my sign was in 5th grade, my teacher had a poster of all the constellations and signs and it gave the dates. anyways i was a really impatient child lol so instead of reading the full thing i just stopped at the word "september" which was on libra so i thought for a while that i was a libra. for a couple weeks after that i remember being like "my special symbol for my birth is a scale!!! thats soooo cool!" (i had a fasincation for animaniate objects when i was little lol thts why i liked beauty and the beast so much)

then i was 15 an i forget how but i came across astrology on the internet, discovered i was a virgo, was pretty pissed about it for a good while ( i thought virgo was really stupid and bleh ... i mean our sign is a girl for crying out loud, how much more simple is that) then i learned all about it and was like OOOOMG.. this is SO me. thats basically what got me so into astrology was the fact that i thought it was so 100% spot on accurate ,i thought it had to be like a real thing i guess lol so i proceeded to learn everything else about it

nowadays though im discovering that its not really an exact science althoughif you can manage to break down every bit and piece and analyze your way to the right point, it's pretty much completely accurate (with a small margin for error ;] )
