No offense if you are one, or anything like that. It's just that every Libra I know (both of my parents are Libras as well as much of my family)is either superficial, vain, or an adulterer. Why is it that they are so devoid of morals? Of course, this doesn't apply to all of them, but they seem to lack depth and intelligence.
Anyone else dislike Libras?

The men talk to damn much. Always with this pompous and boldness that they know everything. Can't shut up.
The women have too much attitude and this "I don't care how you feel" attitude.
Good people deep down, but you have to tolerate too much of their crap to get there.

Every sign has a trait that ticks people off.
i kno dat it seems virgo traits tick people off even more astrologers said virgos have very positive force in ancient times but they're aren't to useful now cause people think were smart asses.

They're fine, they have their flaws like everyone else does. Have a few friends who are Librans and they are great people.

=P

My closest friend is a Libra and I love her to death.
She has some of the qualities mentioned in the first post but she is also the most loyal friend a person could have and will bend over backwards for the people she
loves.
I see her as someone who lives life to the fullest on her own terms and won't be one of those people saying "would've could've should've" years later after life has passed them by.

My best friend is a Libra. We??re both 35 and we've known each other since we were 11. I don't know if my being on the cusp of Libra and his being on the cusp of Virgo helps us to get on, maybe it does. He does talk a lot though and seems to find it easy to surround himself with spellbound listeners while I sit quietly and wonder if anyone has noticed that I exist. He has an ability to make the most meaningless of topics sound interesting. If I try to do the same people just get bored so I??ve learned to keep my mouth closed! When we were younger I??d often end up going home early on nights out because he had surrounded himself with women, none of whom took any interest in me. Maybe that's as much me as him though. I??ve always found going out in groups to be a lonely experience because other people are louder and more fluently social than I am. I??ve always preferred one-to-one situations. He's a great friend in a lot of ways, but I can only really cope with him in short doses and can understand why many Virgos would find Libras hard work.

Testament for most Virgo men.
ouch.
but it's usually true. i don't like most libras i meet either, however much i might want to.
libras who've had a harder time in life are usually much deeper. but it's a learned habit. we're very lazy people. we won't grow any more than we have to. if everything just stays pretty and easy and comfortable, well, why rock the boat?
libras with easy lives...shallow, but usually pretty good people
libras with hard lives...deeper, good intentions, but not always good in practice
we tend to get a reputation as fake. but it's not a fair thing to say. we're not fake. we just don't value the sorts of things that maybe we should. we like etiquette and casual socialising because we really like them. it's not an act. those are necessary parts of existence. it's like you virgos and your handwashing (joke). we need the world to work according to set rules, or we feel helpless and lost. the rules can vary by circumstance and can be very complicated, but they've got to be there. we need to know the terms of life before we can act. which is the real reason we're such procrastinators, we can't decide because we don't have all the data we need.
the libran men i've known who've talked to much have all been early librans with a lot of virgo in their charts. so it's kinda funny you say that. the rest are just shallow and generally lacking in opinions. they're too busy being pretty, or trying to be pretty in the less fortunate cases.
libran women do come off like that, but it's just a front. we're very sensitive. if people know what our weak spots are, they can target them. it's strategic. a good diplomat keeps a straight face. but i've always felt bad for the people who have to deal with it.
...that's probably way more information than anyone needed or wanted, but we're also very big on saying everything, just in case.

It's the truth and the sad part is, some Librans have their nose so high in the sky that they would never allow people to find out that past their front, you have an amazing person.
They get too caught up in the front, I believe.

My best friend's a Libra. Love the girl to death and would do anything for her, but we being on the opposite of the chart are just that...opposites. Although she does posses a lot of the negative Libra traits, she does have all the amazing ones as well. The girl is luminous. Guys flock to her like she's the last woman on this earth. Her beauty helps, but I believe she has this inner Libra megnatism that draws people to her.

libras are fun to flirt with and defenitely fun friends.
however my only experience dating a libra briefly was not so good. they are great in relationships, really, but the breakups are kind of a bit dramatic and unnecessarily confusing in my opinion. they have a hard time making up their mind and if you hurt them....yikes. i heard of other similar stories too.
abee
p.s. i have my venus in libra, so i love like they do, but i do not enjoy nor like crazy/dramatic break ups, must be my sun in virgo, leo moon, or ascendent in sagitarius? who knows..

you're right. we're very into our facade. it's one of the only things we actually try to keep consistent and balanced, while behind it the scales swing back and forth and every word that comes out of our mouth contradicts the one before it.
i'm not sure how virgos handle the belief in a right way (a trait our signs share), but libras handle it by being petrified of doing the wrong thing and just ruining everything. we can be superstitious. everything has to line up perfectly for us to do something. the more we care, the harder this is. we have to say the right thing, with the right tone, while wearing the right clothes, in the right location, in the right lighting, at just the right second (give or take maybe one second, but never more). there is only one chance. if it doesn't go right, we are fucked forever. second chances don't exist (and since this isn't fair, we give other people hundreds of chances in some inaccurate attempt to make the world fair, which we need). and before that time comes, we've got to gather all pertinent data, and if we miss anything, again, totally fucked. having the facade helps minimize variables.
some libras go so far as to create a character, of sorts. because we can be and like and think just about anything. we can be very nice, but i think at our essense we lack personalities. we'll have a few values and beliefs and tendencies, but we're pretty fluid, and sometimes we've got to just decide "this is who i am" and try to stick with it, or else we aren't anyone at all. many of them didn't create it so much as they had it created for them by having a very orderly and clear message while growing up of who they were.
others don't create a character, and their facade is very generic. like an empty canvas. they can be whoever you want them to be, baby. it can be tiring though.
