I'm a female Cancer with a libra moon. What make me different from other Cancer?

I have to admit I do find it a lil confusing I always wonder what make the libra moon different from libra sun and libra rising when I read a lil about it they all sound the same

u know the funny thing is, when we read about a moon sign or rising sign we get the same fucking information as if we were reading about our sun signs—? y is this. there's nothing there that suggests libra moon is any different 2 libra rising or libra sun. i don't get it,??
