I was hanging out with my old virgo friend when i asked him a question about something i've noticed him doing (plus the virgo i dealt with at work)

Do virgos constantly follow girls around like lost puppies?...my virgo friend admitted he does this but when i asked "why?"...he said he didn't know exactly just that he likes having girls undivided attention....then he just shrugged his shoulders.

Does this sound familiar?..or is it just a weird quirk that the two virgos i know have? lol..i tried looking around these forums to see if i could find a thread that talks about this but couldn't find one.

any insight would be great 🙂

You actually got him to acknowledge he does this. Every male Virgo I know does it, and it is like the lost puppy dog thing ... they just trail behind the female, like her shadow, and will even dodge out of the way if she turns, and then he'll take step right behind her again.

I ask all the Virgo's I know, who all do this ... and they have no clue what I'm talking about. They just look at me like I'm speaking a forgiegn language.

One friend of mine, my husband always follows her, right on her heels and her daughter and I laugh about it. We jsut watch and laugh .. it's sort of funny, actually. We can divert his attention away from her, but, as soon as we are finished with his attention, right back behind her he is.


Your friend said it was because of attention, but, I think that was jsut an excuse he gave you because you asked and he didn't know what to say because like I said .. all male Virgo's I know does it, and with all of them ... they aren't getting attention from these ladies, they are following behind them like a lost puppy.

One Virgo friend of mine, follows men around too .. one man in particular.

Everywhere, right behind him.

this explains it!! I had a virgo follow my aries fd around all the time, she thought he liked her at first but was proven wrong later because he already had a gf he is devoted too! And I had another virgo friend that keeps following me around too when we were out.

They do it all the time, Luna, and I'm unsure why, actually. If asked about it, I get blank stare .... I don't think they are even aware they do it.



What I do know about Virgos, which they know this about themselves .... they are mirrors. How they behave in life, their reactions, responses ... are based off of how they percieve you and then reflect this back to you according to how they interpret your needs.

A Virgo will indeed, study a person to see HOW to behave around this person according to this persons standards .. this is the reason why they are appalled by liars and fakers ... because they mirror, and if you give them false information and they follow this lead, which they WILL follow, then you have just led them astray. Therefore they cannot stand a liar or faker.

So, if I had to guess why they do this .... it is because they mean to serve this other person in some way and cannot get a read on what they need to do ... so they will follow around until they can get a clue on how to reflect back to this other person what is desired/needed.


All the Virgo's I know who are doing this .... it's not to random people, they mean to bond, and are following, waiting for a reflection.

i do this all the time also lol. ive added it up and i follow people that i either care about or are attracted to.

We like checking out the ASS. 😄

I had heard about the "mirrior" thing virgos do countless times and it was only just recently that i started to notice it with my virgo friend (plus the one at work)...but do they do this with everyone?..or just people they are close with/attracted to?

I can't say that this stands true in my past experiences. But it does not sound like much of a stretch for me to do so.

Perhaps, you should be with a Libra then, since she's the one who liked a guy attached to her, in case she needs someone at her beck and call.

My eldest brother is a Virgo and he doesn't follow any woman around. It is the opposite in fact and because of this -

my virgo friend at work either follows me around, checks in on me, or stares at me and observes. he's always done this. he was attracted but now he has a gf and doesn't do it quite as often. i definitely notice the mirroring thing. i do have to say that my female virgo friends never did this.

Like: I recall you saying that you intentionally jumbled-up the stuff in the refrigerator that he had arranged in some kind of order...

Sorry I had to comment on this one because I found it humorous as well as familiar. I am a Leo and I dated a Virgo male for a short period.... he was extremely SMOTHERING.... texted, called, came by my work 24/7... wouldnt let me out of his sight... until that is someone else sparked his interest! But back to the above comment regarding the jumbled up refrigerator. I used to do that that my Virgo guy.... he was so damn OCD it drove me effin nuts, so to aggrevate him back I would do similar things... like rearrange his incredible amount of hair products that he possessed, or leave a door to the bathroom partially open, hang his clothes in the wrong "color code" section of the closet, load the dishwasher improperly (according to him that is).

So, its not a Pisces love thing... just an amusing get over the OCD thing cause it's so FREAKIN annoying and your VIRGO way isnt the ONLY way!!! Sorry!!! LMAO!
